The actress was caught flouting COVID – 19 lockdown rules which have been imposed to curb the spread of COVID-19 outbreak by driving her luxury car in Marine Drive. Pandey along with a friend were caught by the cops as they were driving through the Marine Drive area without any valid reason. It seems they travelled all the way from Bandra to Marine Drive. the Marine Drive police arrested them and were taken to the station. The actress was allowed to leave the station after hours of waiting along with a notice. The luxury car of the actress is still in the possession of the police.
